Do you DIY crafts? 

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.  While we do offer creative services, those are in addition to our service packages and are priced to compensate for those time and services.  Or we may reach out to one of our many talented artists to make it happen.

 

Can you call my guests to make sure they RSVP? 

Our Chandelier package offers a comprehensive guest list service.  However, we do RSVP management as an a la carte service.  Please ask us about our package. 

 

Can you pick up my cake or flowers for the day-of? 

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.  Therefore, we can coordinate and review your contracts to ensure the vendors are delivering their products on-site and on-time.

 

Can you pick up decor at my house (or another location) before the wedding?

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.  We do not offer this service to our clients.  However, we will work with you to identify a family member or friend to drop off these items to the venue prior to the event. 

 

We would like to order some of your complimentary items from your Planner’s Closet? When do we need to order them by? 

We love being able to provide our clients with gently used decor and wedding accessories.  For this reason, we have a planner’s closet to help our clients save money on these costs.  Any planner’s closet items must be reserved no later than 15 business days before your wedding or event so we can confirm, inspect and pack these items in advance.  Any items ordered outside the 15 business day cutoff will incur a $10 rush fee request.  So prepare and let's plan ahead! 

 

Can you take hold of my marriage certificate / wedding bands before the ceremony? 

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.  Because of this we ask all of our clients to appoint a family member or close friend to be in charge of these items and any other items of value.  We can coordinate with the point of assigned person to make sure they are aware of when these items are needed for your event.  We won’t assume any responsibility for items of value, as stated on our contract.


Do you stay with me and my wedding party while we are getting ready?

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.   We do periodic check-ins to the wedding party prior to the ceremony, however, we are not available for this time.  If you feel you need additional support during the time you are getting ready, we can provide a personal concierge to your contract for an additional cost.  

 

Do you stay with me and my wedding party while we are taking photos?

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.  We do work with the photographer to ensure they are aware of the timeline, however, our team will be managing the reception, vendors and timeline.  If you would like additional support during the time you are taking family & wedding party photos, we can add an additional assistant to the contract for an additional cost. 

 

Do you load the car after the wedding? 

Our goal is to manage and creatively design your beautiful day.  We want to ensure your event is exactly what you envisioned and more.  We understand you will be enjoying the final moments of your wedding, so we will do our best to safely pack a pre-determined vehicle that is driven by an assigned person from your wedding.  We will ask for any support for any items we feel we can not safely carry or that exceed a certain quantity.  

 

What do you do with the cake after the wedding if we choose to keep it? 

We know you carefully selected a delicious cake to commemorate your wedding! That’s why we will coordinate with your caterer/vendor to ensure they have instructions for your cake prior to the wedding so it will be ready for you after your wedding. 

 

One of our guests has a food allergy, how should I manage that with you and the vendors? 

Communication is extremely important.  We know food allergies can be life threatening.  We request that you communicate to us as soon as you are aware of a critical food allergy.  We will communicate with the vendors to put together a plan of action to accommodate the food allergy.  

 

Who is responsible if one of our vendors breaks an item? 

Accidents will occur.  We encourage all of our clients to carefully review their contracts to ensure liability concerns are addressed as well as ensuring your vendors our fully insured.  We also provide a referral to a reputable event insurance vendor to cover any additional mishaps.  Some venues may also require event insurance to guard against liabilities. 

 

Our Venue is providing us a coordinator, do we really need another? 

Venue coordinators are a great asset to have on a wedding day.  Unfortunately, in our experience, venue coordinators do not provide the full level of detail and service that our clients come to look for.  We encourage all of our prospective clients to ask their venue coordinator the limitation of their service.  Will they be available for rehearsal? Will they be available to answer questions throughout the planning process? Will the coordinator act in the client's best interest or the venues? 

 

Do you offer payment plans? 

Absolutely! When planning the wedding or event you have long envisioned, we understand that financial flexibility is needed. We will be happy to work with you to provide a comprehensive and personalized payment plan that fits your needs.  The more time to pay, the greater the flexibility, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us in advance.  We offer a payment plan for all of our services with a 25% non-refundable down payment. 

 

We are having a Jewish/ Muslim / Multicultural Wedding, do you have experience coordinating or planning this type of event.

Our venue suggests we work with someone who has previously worked with them before.  What if you haven’t?

There is a first time for everything! We are always happy to venture into places we haven’t been.  We have had plenty of “first time” venues.  However, to sweeten the sauce, we offer a 5 % discount to all clients who give us an opportunity to expand our venue portfolio. We will provide you with the same discerning service

 

I have less than 50 people attending my wedding, do you have a special package for smaller affairs?

Yes, we will never turn down an intimate affair.  We can provide a personalized package just for your event that will still have the Clarity and Class touch. 

 

We are still on the fence deciding on whether to hire a coordinator or planner, is there any way to pick your brain, before I say i-do?

Absolutley.  If you’d like to schedule a one-on-one consultation.  You may contact us for a one-on-one 30 minute complimentary phone consultation.  If you need a little more guidance, then the VIP “Wine with a Wedding Planner” is perfect for you!  We offer a 1 hour wine and wisdom consultation package at a local restaurant in the Washington DC metro area for $150.  Your one hour “Wine with a Wedding Planner” includes a premium bottle of wine and 2 small appetizer plates at a local restaurant.  If you decide to move forward with us, we will provide a $150 credit to your service package! (Must be of legal drinking age to take advantage of this offer.) 

 

Do you offer floral design packages?

Yes, we have a special arrangement with Florals by Geoff to provide you with one complimentary custom in-house design proposal for your special day.  Each in-house Florals by Geoff Design contract will also come with a 5% discount on your event service.


 

We want to incorporate our four-legged child(ren) in our event? Can you help us manage them on the day-of?

We love when our clients include their fur babies!  We offer Pet Concierge services through our fully-vetted professionals to ensure they are taken care of and included into your special day! Email me to discuss more.  Each in-house Pet Concierge contract will also come with a 5% discount on your event service.
